Community Foundation solicits public input through Vital Conversations Survey, Vital People Awards

As the Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta’s annual Vital Conversations event approaches, the organization encourages Hatters and people living in the southeastern region of the province to participate in the Vital Conversations Survey nomination process. 2022 and the Vital People Awards.

The CFSEA Vital Event aims to measure the vitality of communities in southeastern Alberta through community engagement and data evaluation. Ahead of the event, scheduled for June 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the community is invited to provide input through the Vital Conversations survey, accessible on the ACSEA website or accessible by scanning the QR code. Those who complete the survey can enter a draw for a $100 gift card to a local business of their choice.

Additionally, the community is invited to submit nominations for this year’s Vital People Awards, which recognize the efforts of frontline workers or volunteers with local charities and provide two winners with $500 each.

Nominations can be submitted by chief executives or senior managers of registered charities until April 29. The nomination form can be found at Winners will be announced at the Vital Conversations event.
